This is one of three most beautiful private airfields in Burgundy, but is the only one located in the direct vicinity of a luxury 4-stern hotel hence allowing access to the establishment by air.

First of all, the airfield is a superb 800 metres (874 yards) long and 50 metres (54 yards) wide green runway. The diurnal signalling is perfectly visible; the very large lateral clearings and the perfectly cleared thresholds of runway allows a safe approach.

The airfield is managed by "Association Aéronautique Checkpoint Charlie". The organisation aims to "allows its members who which to visit or spend some time in Dijon and Burgundy by using all air means, which they could also use for their leisure activities and travellings ".
